Goal Builders & Paving USA was founded in 2019 by two civil engineers and brothers, Paulo Rego and Marcelo Rego — professionals with over 30 years of experience in the infrastructure business sector.

Graduated as Civil Engineers in Brazil, they have a solid background with major projects completed throughout their careers, such as shopping centers, highway duplications, hypermarkets, logistics warehouses, port works, and other large-scale developments.

They are now expanding their operations in the United States with Goal Builders & Paving USA, already having completed several projects over the past few years in multiple cities across Florida.

We have loyal clients with over five years of partnership, and each year our goals are surpassed in relation to completed projects.

Goal Builders specializes in infrastructure works, such as earthmoving, drainage, utilities (water, sewer, and fire hydrant), concrete paving, sidewalks, brick paver installation, and asphalt paving, among others.

Our main strength lies in our quick response and the solutions we provide to our clients — delivered by skilled professionals with strong leadership and technical knowledge.
